Yes. RxChange was built from day one for Canadian healthcare privacy. Patient health information is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM field-level encryption, all traffic uses TLS 1.3, data is resident in ca-central-1 (AWS Canada), and all activity is audit-logged. PHIPA-compliant fax is provided via srFax Healthcare.
How long does a transfer actually take?
Our network average is under 90 seconds from request to acceptance. STAT-flagged transfers receive immediate priority. Both pharmacies see real-time status updates through the full workflow: Request Received → Accepted → Processing → Ready → Completed.
Can I send a transfer to a pharmacy that isn't on RxChange yet?
Yes. Manual Fax Transfer lets you send a prescription transfer fax directly to any pharmacy in Canada — even those not on the platform — via PHIPA-compliant srFax Healthcare. Multi-drug, full delivery confirmation, resend support.
How does the 30-day trial work?
Choose Standard ($30/month CAD) or Pro ($99/month CAD) in Billing after your pharmacy is approved. New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial, with a card collected securely at Stripe Checkout. Your selected plan renews monthly after the trial unless canceled.
